The product quality complaint module Includes the option to add pictures or supporting documents to an enquiry. If you have an existing PQC or ADE form these can also be incorporated. Giving you a professional look and feel to all you customer communications.

FAQ Module

Manage your FAQs and standard letters with ease. The fully integrated FAQ module allows you to add FAQ responses to an enquiry, as well as providing tools to maintain all your FAQs with approval and review management as standard.

Reports Module

With an easy to use report module its simple to produce management reports, which can be viewed on screen or exported to MS Office. Clear management reports give you visibility of your teams performance as well as making it easy to incorporate data and charts into departmental reports.
