Our concept is simple, having worked for the last 15 years with global pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and health authorities, developing and implementing business focused processes and technology solutions. We observed first-hand the truism that most companies worked with similar processes, the differences were usually minor and more often than not borne out of a “that’s what we do” rather than any strong conviction or business imperative.

Many software suppliers over emphasize these differences and look to create revenue from either building bespoke tools or over customizing their solutions. This has little added value and often puts solutions out of the resource level (time and money) of most small to medium size companies.
